There are things called accessibility checkers. These are tools to help you identify inaccessible content and fix it.
Below are the accessibility checkers that are in-built into Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. This means every time you create a word processed document or presentation you have the ability to make sure they are accessible.
Microsoft Word
The built-in checker in Microsoft Word is easy to use. It can check things like image alt text, colour contrast, tables and many more. It also gives you prompts to help you fix the items found.
